Becky is the founder and lead Sport Nutritionist at The Performance Pantry. She holds the highest level of Sport Nutrition qualification from the prestigious IOC and has extensive experience working with everyday exercisers and elite competitors.

Becky is really passionate about is helping all level of active people understand how to fuel their body appropriately. Many people under-fuel unknowingly, which can have serious effects on health and performance, known collectively as Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) and Low Energy Availability.
Becky also understands health is more than important than performance, and looks at the whole health and nutrition picture with her clients. Topics such as Mindfulness, Intuitive eating and Non-Diet are a big part of her work with all clients to promote a healthy relationship with food in the long-term.
