  • We don’t believe in diets, fads or unhealthy eating practices. None of these work, unless by work we mean fail repeatedly & end up making us feel miserable in the long run. Doesn’t sound fun, right?!

  • We do believe in healthy behaviours and empowering changes over time.

  • We avoid “meal plans” because they don’t work for many reasons (sorry, big spolier - see more under FAQ), we prefer offering a nutrition service that is effective for empowering education and sustainable long-term change & one that we get great feedback from you, our clients.

  • We are fun foodies and very happy to chat all things nutrition, including our picks for the the best coffee and cheese scones in the city, yum!
