Megan is a Health and Sports Nutritionist with a passion for helping indviduals improve health through sustainable habit changes. She is skilled working with with teen and development athletes to help support energy needs for high training loads, study and competition. Megan runs workshops and practical cooking sessions with small groups and individual clients. She has consulted to the Wellington Phoenix for 2 years, and has worked with the New Zealand School of Dance and The Royal New Zealand Ballet.
