Group talks/workshops are the most popular option but we can also offer individual meetings with team members. Nutrition workshops are uniquely designed to meet the needs of your sport, teams or organisation. No cookie cutter advice. Improve your kitchen confidence or variety!

We do small group and 1:1 cooking sessions, and have worked with some of NZ’s top athletes to not only increase kitchen confidence but to actually put the sports nutrition theory into practice with delicious easy meals that tick the boxes for fueling and recovery. Yum!

We also offer Supermarket sessions (completely tailored to your needs) - some examples including: low FODMAP shopping, Label reading, Weekly Meal planning. But just to be clear, we’re not there to be the food police! We’re not going to scrunitise or judge your food choices. Having a different lens to view other foods, new products and items through can be really useful and offers something that you just cannot replicate during an appointment.

Visits to the supermarket have been a regular occurrence for groups of athletes and individuals we have consulted to and still do, including students at New Zealand School of Dance, High Performance Sport NZ, Pulse Netball team, Hurricanes, Wellington Lions and the Wellington Rugby Academy.
