Team and club sports Nutrition
Working with us allows your team, club or organisation the opportunity to improve and succeed through our expert sports nutrition advice. We provide a fun and interactive learning environment to enhance the training and performance of your athletes. We are an invaluable tool as the expert food and nutrition resource for coaches, trainers, and parents.
Group workshops are our most popular option but we also provide individual meetings with team members. If your team, club or organisation have an in-house kitchen facility we can provide onsite practical workshops to teach key culinary skills and provide an interactive environment for learning about nutrients, new meal ideas, food choices and having fun with foods.
