Becky Jones - Sports Dietitian
Becky has over 10 years’ experience as a Registered Dietitian in the UK and NZ, and 7 years working with both elite and recreational athletes. She holds one of the highest sports nutrition qualifications out there from the International Olympic Committee. Empowering people to lead healthier lifestyles and sustain realistic healthy behaviours are two areas Becky is really passionate about.
Becky has worked with Olympic and Commonwealth games athletes, Hurricanes Super Rugby team, NZ Triathletes, marathon runners amongst others and a stack of every day training folk and gym goers.

Megan Healy - Sports Nutritionist
Megan has a real passion for nutrition, and helping her clients to achieve their best in health & being active. She draws on a wealth of knowledge and skills gained from her love of sports, scientific work and international teaching experience. Megan works with individual clients from our CBD office & online, and also runs nutrition workshops and cooking sessions.

Lauren Tye - Sports Nutritionist
Lauren playing Polocrosse
Lauren is completing her Masters in Dietetics at Otago University. She has worked as the Hurricanes Super Rugby Nutrition Intern and assists in the nutrition programme with the Otago Women’s Spirit team. Lauren has represented New Zealand in Polocrosse and helped the team during their 3rd place finish at the 2019 World Cup.
