Becky Jones - Sports Dietitian
Becky has over 10 years experience as a Registered Dietitian in the UK and NZ, and loves working in sport & exercise. Empowering people to lead healthier lifestyles and sustain realistic healthy behaviours are two areas Becky is really passionate about.
Becky has played rep level hockey and athletics, and enjoys road cycling, trail running as well as triathlon and half marathons.
Becky works with individual clients, and sports teams and organisations.
Megan Healy - Sports Nutritionist
Megan is pursuing her dream of working in nutrition and can draw on a wealth of knowledge and skills gained from her love of sports, scientific research work and international teaching experience. She is completing further specialist study in sports nutrition.
Megan competed competitively in many sports including open water swimming, hockey, netball, and is now enjoying the challenges of golf, tennis and being mum to two very active children!
Megan runs nutrition workshops and our interactive hands-on cooking sessions and is currently assisting the Wellington Phoenix Football team in this area.
Megan will taking on individual clients in January 2019.
Lauren Tye - Sports Nutritionist
Lauren is completing her Masters in Dietetics at Otago University. She has worked as the Hurricanes Super Rugby Nutrition Intern and assists in the nutrition programme with the Otago Women’s Spirit team. Lauren has represented New Zealand in Polocrosse and is helping the team prepare for their 2019 World Cup.
Lauren is currently developing our online resources content and enhancing her experience with sports teams, watch this space!
