All the usual awesome stuff from our Initial Sports Nutrition Consultation (including comprehensive assessment of your nutrition intake, eating pattern, health concerns, lifestyle factors, injuries, relevant blood tests, exercise/training program, nutrition practices around training, motivating factors and challenges for change). Collaborative action steps and individualised recommendations to include in your day. Plus 2 follow up appointments to review and refine your ‘homework” from our sessions, and a bunch of other education tools and nutrition gems.
