APPOINTMENT OPTIONS

We offer in person appointments and virtual appointments (video or phone). Our in-person Nutrition Clinic is based at CBD Physio in Wellington, NZ. All of our packages are available virtually meaning you can access them across NZ.

We are invested in assisting you with your personal nutrition or health goals. Integrating new advice and changes to behaviour is a dynamic process, so we rarely see a client for a one-off appointment. There is often much to explore when it comes to food and habits, and we will work more effectively together over a number of sessions!

Appointments are offered on a causal basis or through our popular package options, giving you a competitive discount, freebies and assisting you more with all your questions and performance! For our insurance purposes, our consulting services are currently only available to people based in New Zealand.

Causal pricing:

Initial Sports Nutrition Consultation: $249

What to expect - a comprehensive assessment including, Nutrition intake, Eating pattern, Health Concerns, Lifestyle Factors, Injuries, Relevant Blood tests, Exercise/Training Program, Nutrition practices around training, Motivating Factors and Challenges for change. We work collaboratively with you to develop a number of action steps, prioritising areas or goals that are most relevant or important to you. After your appointment, you will receive individualised recommendations, resources and other tools to translate the science into your day with real food.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS: From $125

A follow up from your Initial Sports Nutrition Consultation. Making adjustments as needed during and outside of your appointment time to support your nutrition journey. Choose from 30 to 45 minutes.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

A simple way to add what you need to any appointment. Simply choose to add these on when booking your Follow Up Appointment online.

  • Race Day, Event,Competition Plan or additional Personalised Advice - from $85

  • ISAK* Anthropometry for Rehabilitation with injury 30 - 45 minutes - $70

*ISAK Anthropometry measures alongside other data to provide individualised measurement of muscle mass, circumference measures, skinfold measures and bone length/width. Used with clients for rehabilitation post injury, e.g. tendon rupture or repair, bone stress injuries in lower limb, or those needing to be in a moon boot or on crutches to allow an injury to heal.

Will not be undertaken in the presence or identification of disordered eating behaviours. Minimum age 18 years. Please bring shorts & a T-shirt or singlet 

 

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due at the time of your appointment. Late Payments over 14 days will be subject to a $25 administration fee. Direct bank deposit is our preferred payment option and you will be provided with these details at the end of your appointment. We do accept debit and credit card payment methods, but these payments incur a 3% transaction fee from our payment processor (Stripe). GST Receipts are available, please ask your Practitioner for one and this will be emailed to you.
