APPOINTMENT OPTIONS

We offer in-person appointments in Wellington and Hawke’s Bay, as well as virtual sessions anywhere in New Zealand. All of our packages can be accessed online, so you can connect with us from across the motu.

Nutrition change takes time, which is why we usually work with clients over several sessions rather than just once, allowing us to explore your goals, habits, and challenges in more depth, and support real, lasting change. You can book casually or choose one of packages, which offer discounts, extras, and more ongoing support.
