I know what it’s like to juggle early morning workouts, double training sessions, a full-time job — and still try to show up for friends and family — because I live it too. I’m passionate about helping busy athletes fuel smarter, not harder, with practical strategies that actually fit your life and goals. No fad diets or gimmicks — just evidence-based nutrition tailored to you.

Whether you’re chasing a marathon PB, stepping up your triathlon game, or balancing hybrid training like CrossFit and endurance, I’ll help you take the guesswork out of fuelling so you can focus on smashing your sessions and enjoying the journey.

I also know how gut issues, like runner’s gut or mid-race discomfort, can derail performance. I help athletes stay comfortable and confident with simple, science-backed gut strategies that support performance, not sabotage it.

My Qualifications:

  • NZ & UK Registered Dietitian

  • MSc Sport Nutrition + PG Dip Nutrition and Dietetics 

  • BSc Sport and Exercise Science

Over the years, I’ve supported a wide range of athletes — from gymnasts and ultra-marathoners running the length of NZ, to netballers, age-group triathletes, and Hyrox world champs. What I love most is helping athletes cut through the noise and build sustainable, confident nutrition habits that power performance and recovery — without burnout.

When I’m not working or training, you’ll find me exploring NZ’s wild places — tramping, surfing, diving, or just soaking up the energy of the outdoors.
