PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payment can be made via direct bank transfer (contact us for this option) or through a 3rd party processor (Stripe) on an automated pay monthly subscription as per individual package details, e.g. 3 or 4 months.

  • The first payment is due upon date of sign up.

  • You will receive an email reminder one week before the next monthly payment is due.

  • The number of monthly payments corresponds to the number of appointments on your chosen package.

  • Kindly ensure your payment details are correct and up-to-date, otherwise there is quite a bit of admin we have to do behind the scenes which will incur an admin fee of $25 per transaction not going through.

  • GST receipts are available for appointments.

  • Appointments expire 1 year after date of purchase.

  • Gift vouchers are also available - send us a message and we can arrange a personalised voucher for the lucky recipient.

  • We regret that refunds are not available on cancellations or change of mind.

  • Package appointments are for the named person under the booking and are not able to be transferred to another person.
