12 WEEK ENDURANCE
The Endurance package is the ideal option for those who have signed up for a multisport event like Coast to Coast, Ironman or an Ultra run or cycle. You’ll be needing advice for multiple aspects of trainining and performance nutrition. If you’re dedicating months to training, you should really be aligning your training with a nutrition plan to help maximise results and avoid fatigue or worse still, injury.
We’ll cover topics including: what to eat before training sessions, how to adapt this to different types of training sessions, what to fuel with during training, hydration, recovery nutrition, supplements that could be of use to either enhance training, preparing for the event, and a race day nutrition plan.

An Initial Sports Nutrition Consult (at 12 weeks before event)
4 x Follow Up Appointments (ideally at 9, 6, 4 and 2 weeks before event)
