Choosing safely is absolutely crucial if you are a high level athlete or take sports supplements and undergo routine drug tests for your job role, e.g., military personnnel. We also strongly encourage ALL exercisers, regardless of ability to check the supplements they take, or are considering to take, against an independent testing organisation (many supplement companies make false and misleading claims).
