NON-DIET Nutrition & INTUITIVE EATING

There is not a single long-term study that shows that weight-loss dieting is sustainable. Study after study, shows that dieting and food restriction for the purpose of weight loss leads to more weight gain. Yes, weight gain (Rothblum 2018). Worse–the focus and preoccupation on weight leads to body dissatisfaction and weight stigma, which negatively impacts health (O’Hara & Taylor 2018). 95% of diets fail, not because a person didn’t try hard enough or that it wasn’t the right diet; more so, it was always going to fail and that dieting was/is not the right approach to improving your health.

Independent, third party batch tested supplements - the Gold Standard in testing for banned substances. Choosing safely is absolutely crucial if you are a high level athlete or take sports supplements and undergo routine drug tests for your job role, e.g., military personnel. We also strongly encourage ALL exercisers, regardless of ability to check the supplements they take, or are considering to take, against an independent testing organisation (many supplement companies make false and misleading claims).
