Together, we bring over 60 years of clinical nutrition experience and ongoing learning to our work. With world class qualifications and years of experience working with real people, we believe accurate nutrition advice should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, body size, or identity. Our focus is not just on health, training, and performance, but also on leading a positive relationship with food, body, and mind for life.
We have strong backgrounds in sport and competing ourselves, alongside life experience, including parenting for some of us. Each of us has particular areas of interest and expertise, but we all share a broad and solid foundation across key areas of nutrition practice. We’re proud to support a wide range of active people and elite athletes, and we’re looking forward to working with you!

I have close to 20 years experience as a Dietitian, and 10 years working with elite NZ athletes, professional dancers, Olympians, World Champions and many weekend warriors. I love helping people realise their potential with nutrition, that extends beyond weight and appearance. It is hugely rewarding to help someone navigate their own plan, and provide long lasting nutrition skills for life beyond a performance environment.

I’ve had first-hand experience of the positive effects of nutrition for training and performance as an elite junior NZ rower. I know exactly what it’s like managing work or study with training early morning, after work, and at the weekends, because I live it too as an age group Triathlete!

Having been involved in junior elite gymnastics and other sports from a young age, I understand the challenges that come with these environments from factors like a busy schedule and body image pressures. As a mum, I also understand how it is tricky to support a face-paced lifestyle and my own training with balancing eating habits. I’ve been a dietitian for over 10 years, and love working in this area supporting people to build a healthier relationship with food, body and performance.
