Development ATHLETE NUTRITION

Now more than ever younger athletes should be able to access high quality, evidence based nutrition information delivered by a real person (with real qualifications!) not a Tik Tok video!

Who should choose this package?

Development athletes (12 to 20) have unique nutrition needs that require special attention to ensure that a healthy diet supports growth, development, and performance. This package will help you and your support crew, learn how to balance energy and optimise nutrient intake for training, competition, school, and growth.

Having rock solid nurition during these years can not only help maximise energy levels, help with developing strong bones, and muscle gain, it also plays a vital role in reducing the the risk of injury. Research has shown that hard or a high training load without adequate fuel and nutrients to support the body, can lead to a higher chance of sustaining an injury.
