My passion is helping active people find that sweet spot of optimal health and performance in a calm and individualised way. There is so much noise in the nutrition space which can be overwhelming trying to figure out what is healthy and helpful - I can help you navigate this! Whether you are an everyday exerciser looking for a solid nutrition foundation, or are in need of more specialist sports nutrition support such as REDs support or eating concerns, my approach is the same.
As a highly experienced Dietitian with a background in clinical healthcare, I am able to translate complex nutrition science into individual suggestions for eating and drinking to meet health, training and performance goals. I am confident working with a wide range of ages and enquiries, including child and adolescent nutrition, gut related issues with exercise or training, adequate fuelling, and vegetarian nutrition advice.
In addition to working as a Sports Dietitian at The Performance Pantry, I also work as a Clinical Dietitian at Te Whatu Ora and am also the Performance Nutritionist for Phoenix Football and Academy.
When I am not working, I love spending time outside exploring our beautiful native bush or coastlines.
