We want you to succeed in the long term, be in control of your own nutrition, and not reliant on us or a piece of paper (no matter how shiny it is). We’ve been doing this long enough to know that giving someone a “just do this” meal plan does very little to reach anyone’s goals, and what’s more effective is working in collaboration - YOU are the expert of you! During our time, we’ll offer education, tools, and strategies that are meaningful to you.

We do science, facts, quality research, and take a pragmatic approach. We have an extensive breadth of nutrition & medical knowledge so we’re a bit geeky, but friendly, approachable and enjoy having a laugh. We consider general nutrition guidelines and research to inform our practice; but we apply this in context for you - a very important point! We don’t demonise foods and we’re not the food police :)
